Understanding Your NPS Score

NPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors (0-6 ratings) from the percentage of promoters (9-10 ratings) based on customer feedback.

We collect data from public sources such as Google, TripAdvisor, and Yelp, as well as from direct integrations with review platforms. Additionally, we leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to refine insights and provide more accurate analytics.
